Early works (Stage 0-2), taking an existing building or blank site and working with a client to produce the most effective scheme for the development.
Pre Planning and Planning Submissions
Guide the client through the planning process (Stage 3), with preparation of documentation to either support a planning consultant, or acting as agent for the planning process.
Contracts, Procurement and Tender
Prepare documentation for both tender and construction, assisting the client with Stages 4 and 5, advising on the potential appropriate contract and procurement method.
Construction, Completion and Hand Over
Whether Traditional Contract or Design and Build Contract, work with the respective client to produce a building, to current building standards, with carefully designed details that are suitable for the budget, quality and timescales of the project. Ensure the client is happy with the works and assist where necessary with handovers and completion.
